My research is primarly concerned with the mathematics arising in problems from biology, engineering, finance, and physics. Problems from these fields often reflect a combination of various processes acting at different time and length scales, requiring the use of multiscale analysis. More specifically, I'm interested in stochastic methods in the analysis of interacting particle systems, fluid mechanics, differential equations of all the various types, functional analytic methods in stochastic analysis, and modelling of biophysical processes. I also work in machine learning on problems in finance and computational biology, and mathematical methods.
